Why is Medicaid not listed?
New Mexico Medicaid/Turquoise Care does not allow private practice dietitians to enroll as Medicaid providers. For those referrals, we suggest checking with large facilities, clinic, or hospital-based dietitians.
A note about Medicare (part B only)
We do accept Medicare, however straight Medicare (part B only) has extensive restrictions about who can refer and for what. Please book a discovery call, message us or give us a call so we can discuss those requirements for the referral before you book.

Referrals
Please have your provider make the referral to More Spoons LLC and fax the referral to (five seven five) 334-0201, with your most recent visit note, growth carts, vitals, recent labs, and the ICD-10 diagnosis codes.

How does secure messaging work?
