Our Misson

“Spoon Theory,” conceived by writer Christine Miserandino, illustrates the finite physical and mental energy available to individuals, particularly those with disabilities and complex health conditions. More Spoons LLC is dedicated to providing quality care for individuals who are neurodivergent or those with disabilities, empowering them to make dietary changes to improve their health. More Spoons Nutrition is a body-positive, neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive and integrative nutrition practice.

Our Approach

Unlike some integrative nutrition practices that try to “fix” neurodivergent individuals, at More Spoons, we are here to give you the support you need to become your best self. We do this by improving your foundation for health, giving you a solid base from which to improve another aspect of your health. We use traditional nutrition practices alongside holistic nutritional approaches and customize our interventions to align with your lifestyle, sensory needs, and preferences. Integrative and functional nutrition utilizes diet, lifestyle, and supplements to support the body’s natural healing processes and promote long-term wellness.
